CEO’s Message

To our esteemed clients, staff and business partners,
HH Sheikh Mohamed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, in his book ‘My Vision in the Race to Excellence’ and indeed in his presentation of the Dubai Strategy 2015, has oft repeated the words – Running, Racing, Achieving, Future Outlook, Excellence, Best Practices and the art of Leadership. In saying so, HH Sheikh Mohamed has emphasized that nothing is beyond and not achievable for the Arab generation if there is a clear vision and the will to work hard in order to fulfill this vision. In all his talks emanating straight from his heart, HH Sheikh Mohamed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum has always repeated: “I love work, and I am happy in exerting effort, so that success can be adored. The love of work provides me with energies that help me to do more and increase my desires to exercise hobbies that I like.” In addition, HH said: “My late father, Sheikh Rashid Bin Said Al Maktoum, May God Bless His Soul, used to tell us: Do not envy those who work hard and help those who face difficulties and support every one who come to you seeking work. Support him and let him win and let him rest.”

I chose to start with these words and recall those days with the late Sheikh Rashid, May God Bless His Soul, and I never forget that day when he encouraged me to establish Saleh Constructions Company in 1975, and later his support through assigning projects, of which I remember building 150 houses for nationals in Khorfakan.
This is a very humbling experience and I am very proud of what we have accomplished and contributed to the development of Dubai and the UAE in general.  Thanks to the guidance and encouragement by the rulers, we have constantly been on a learning curve. Everyday we strive to be a better example of ourselves than the day before.
This is the ethos of a company that started with the evolution of Dubai and its continuous progress which is ahead of its time and forecasts its future and looks forward towards the coming century. And we, at Saleh Constructions, aim to be ever present, striding step in step with our government as we look at the future with determination and a far reaching vision.
