Payment & invoicing

Payment terms for construction services are defined within each project contract. General principles include:

Invoices are issued in accordance with agreed milestone or progress payment schedules.
Payments are due within the period stated on each invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Late payments may attract interest or penalties as specified in the project contract and in accordance with UAE Commercial Transactions Law.
All amounts are stated in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

Withholding payment without a written, documented dispute raised through the agreed dispute resolution process may be treated as a breach of contract.

Warranties & limitation of liability
